Mustang Aluminum Radiator 2 Row 260/289 1965-1966
Flange Mount 2 Row Aluminum Radiator for 1965-1966 260 and 289 Mustangs.
Add some extra cooling to your early model Mustang. Will also work with original style radiator brackets and mounts with modifications.
Features 2 extra large 1" tubes for 4 row efficiency but with 5-7 lbs less weight. Also added a baffle at the top to help evenly distribute the flow of hot water across the upper part of the radiator. The original radiators had a real problem distributing the hot water to the far right side of the radiator. This design has been tested and recorded significant changes in the temperatures across the radiator's cooling tubes. A/T cooler included.

Do not buy this radiator.
This radiator has a number of problems. They are: #1 Made in China. #2 The standard core height is 16-3/8". This one is 15-1/2". Most electric fans will not fit. #3 The core section is too thick. If you can get it installed with the fan, there is no room to install the belts or rtemove the water pump without removing everything. #4 The lower tank is too large and will not allow the brackets to lay flat against the radiator support. #5 Did I mention it was made in China?
