Fit issue
The part looks great. But the fit is poor. When the glass is installed and this is put into the assembly, the glass does not align with the seal correctly and the window will not close completely. I'm having my original rechromed (just the upper post) and the stainless polished for $60. You're money ahead to refinish the originals.
