this kit will work great with 68 or older but on my 69 i had some modifications to do. first on the 69 the clutch pedal spring fork is a seperate and welded to the pedal the key of the shaft that goes into the pedal was too big, had to grind the sides down to fit the hole. It was also too short making welding it in difficult. second the big washer on one side had to be ground down so it would not hid the flange on the brace. once it was done the pedal glides real nice. top quality parts bad fitment for a 69/70

Beautiful parts!! Instructions are clear and fitment was perfect. If your zinc bushings are loose or shaft is worn, installing this kit is a no brainer. It is better than new. I tack welded the kit in since I had everything out of the car already. The kit comes with everything for an "in car" install. If you parts are worn don't even think twice about installing this kit. 1969 Mustang.
