The top tank leaked immediately, I had to get it fixed. Even so it only lasted for a few month before leaking again.
LIKE SOME OTHER BUYERS THIS RADIATOR LEAKED AT TOP TANK SEAM ! UNUSABLE ! DISAPPOINTED FROM LOW QUALITY TANK . DISAPPOINTED FROM CJ PONY
LIKE OTHER BUYERS , THIS RADIATOR LEAKED AT TOP TANK SEAM . I AM DISAPPOINTED FROM RADIATOR & CJ
Yep and yet another one with a failed Top Tank Seam. Of course CJPony replaced the item, but the manufacture must be doing something wrong. Now I just drive around waiting for the replacement one to fail.
I purchased as a kit and it fits and looks great. Went to first car show this spring and drove about 50 miles and the top of the radiator started spraying coolant for the top seam of the tank. If it did not leak it would have been 5 stars. Working with Cjs to get it replaced.
Just received one of these units 3 core units looks pretty good for the money, but painted in shiny black instead of satin black.Overall really good value for the money.
Fell right into place just as they said it would. Thanks.
THIS RADIATOR LEAKED AT TOP TANK SEAM TOOK IT AND GOT IT FIXED FOR SIXTY DOLLORS, IT FITS AND COOLS GREAT OTHER THAN THE TANK HAVING TO BE RESODERED IT WORKS GREAT, KIRK
This appears to be a very nicely made unit, and it is a Spectra Premium brand product so I have confidence even though I have not had the car running yet to verify cooling. The rub here is that nowhere in the description does it tell you it won't fit with the factory fan spacer! You must either machine yours down or pay more $$ for a shorter Drake or aftermarket shorter spacer. Just so you know!!
I replaced my stock 2-row radiator with this 3-row. It's a little beefier and does a great job keeping my fastback cool in the summer, especially when coupled with a thermal clutch fan. I prefer the stock look to the aluminum radiators.

By Bill Tumas: We're here with a replacement 3-Core radiator for your '64 through '66 Mustang. This 3-Row Radiator will fit all '64 through '66 V-8 Mustangs. The third row will give you additional cooling over the standard two-row design. It has an inch and a half inlet, one and three-quarter inch outlet, fittings for your automatic transmission cooling lines, new pecock, and a drain hose. It's going to install just like the factory does using a flange mount. Our 3-Row Radiator is an excellent choice if you're looking for a little extra cooling for your Mustang, but want to keep that original look.
