This large, high-performance radiator is made entirely of aluminum from the tank to the 4-row core, and even the welds, all without using any epoxy. With a full aluminum construction, this radiator is nearly 10-20 pounds lighter than copper or brass radiators. Not only will you gain from weight savings, but you can also expect much lower temperatures since aluminum is capable of dissipating heat a lot faster than copper or brass.

What really makes this aluminum radiator stand apart from the rest is the high density core which has cooling rows that are spaced 3/8" apart giving you 25 percent more rows than most aftermarket aluminum radiators and almost 35 percent more than OE copper radiators. This radiator also features 14-16 cooling fins per inch providing almost 1,500 more fins than other aluminum radiators and roughly 3,000 more than OE copper radiators.

*Fits all early small block Ford V8 engines such as 289, 302 or 351W.
*The factory mechanical fan may not work with this radiator.

Tech Tip: When electric fans are required, a single 16" electric fan has proven to work best with this specific core size and is highly recommended.

Please Note: With a larger core size, please verify that there is adequate room in front of the water pump before mounting this radiator.

what electric fan and shroud would you use on this?

Asked by: Rod Snowden

Will the 4 core aluminum radiator, item #RADA78, fit with the F150 steering box on the inside of the frame? Also does your 4 core require the four core mounting brackets? Thank you.
