Remote Mirror Companion Passenger Side 1967-1968 is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost a must have item Let's face facts - if you've been driving a modern car for a long time you're used to looking over to your passenger mirror before changing lanes, right? Well my 1967 coupe didn't have a mirror on the passenger side but when I drove it I was looking where the mirror is on my everyday car. My reasoning being is when you drive your old Mustang you're going to drive defensively. A mirror on the passenger side could help avoid an accident, which is why I'm adding this mirror to my car. To me, the cost of this part far outweighs the chance of not seeing someone next to me and hitting them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Passenger Side Mirror The mirror is exactly as advertised. It matches the driver's side. All parts needed were included and it was easy to install. It would have been nice if the mirror enlarged the viewing a little to improve functionality as is done with newer vehicles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice Delivered quickly even though it was backordered. Exact match for driver's remote, except it's chrome is great while the driver side is 46 years old.

Product Questions

Is this mirror for passenger side of my 1967 Mustang GT the exact match? It looks to be but I cannot see the back side.

Asked by: Froid
This would be the correct mirror for the passenger side of the 67 mustang if using the same style drivers side remote mirror. Small adjustments can be made to the mirror by loosening the screw on the back of the mirror.

the 1968 mustang doesn't have passenger side mirrors. Can this be used for driver side mirrors?

Asked by: quinn
No, it's designed specifically for the opposite side - there's no way to get it to mount properly in a usable position. You want CJ part # ME2RL.

Does this Right Hand mirror have flat or convex glass?

Asked by: RooDog
This is flat, whereas ME33RR is convex.

Is the mirror supposed to angle down 15degrees when mounted exactly in the same place as the drivers side mirror. Drivers side mirror on the horizontal is parallel to the ground. If I mount passenger side the same way it would be approx 15 degree down.
