- Installation Instructions

Part of the Twin Vortices Series line of superchargers, the 2011-2014 6.2L F150 Raptor Phase 2 supercharger upgrade kit was specially engineered by Roush, setting the bar for performance and reliability. The Roush-developed TVS supercharger line is the same that has been used and proven for years in Roush-built Mustangs and F150s. Hundreds of hours of testing and research go into the development of the Roush superchargers. This includes testing in extreme temperatures from -20 degrees up to and through 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Tests at higher altitudes of 14,000 ft for quality and performance are also a key for such success. Over 40 emissions tests were performed to ensure that the Raptor still produces the same emissions and that all the Ford engine diagnostics function as intended. Engine dynamometer development allows for the re-map camshaft positions and many other aspects of the calibration.

Please Note: The Phase 2 upgrade kit utilizes a Roush PCM flash voucher card to be calibrated using Roush diagnostic tool software and a pass-thru device. If you do not have access to an approved pass-thru device, you can send your PCM back to Roush to be flashed for an additional fee.

*50 State emissions legal on 2011, 2012 and 2013.
*CARB E.O. #D-418-22.

what modifications would I need to install on my ford f150/5.4 L in order to install a supercharger to my engine and rear gears

Asked by: Sachmo1
There are many modifications that need to be made, to many to list here. You can watch the video that is with this roush super charger kit, it will be similar, http://www.cjponyparts.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=roush+supercharger. If your truck is 4wd you would have to replace the front and rear gears together.

What other parts will I need for this supercharger to work on my 2011 ford raptor?

Will this super charger fit a 2003 maurader? And how much do you want for it?

Asked by: Josey
Almost assuredly not. The 6.2L in the Raptor and the 4.6L in the Marauder are very different and it's very likely that the superchargers won't cross over. Pricing is listed in big red numbers on the right side of the page.

What do you have for a chevy 350 in a supper charger.

Asked by: Toy truck
Nothing. We are a Ford shop, so if some of our parts would fit a Chevy 350, we're unaware of it - we don't test that fitment.
