Scott Drake Instrument Panel LED Set 1965-1966 is rated 2.923076923076923 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Idea, but so-so engineering I have a '66 Coupe and these LED lights are a vital addition to my dash panel, As everyone is probably aware, they help one see the gauges at night. However, upon installation, I noticed that the lamp bases seemed a tiny bit smaller than the pre-existing incandescent bulbs, such that it was delicate to make BOTH small pins at the base to engage their respective slots in the lamp socket. One LED lamp was found to have one of the small pins dented in, rendering it useless. Still working to get that lamp exchanged under the warranty. Bottom line, if you can get them to engage the old lamp sockets, they work fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Bright I purchased these to replace the stock bulbs and to try to get a better visual of the instrument cluster while driving at night. Not only do these illuminate the cluster 100 times better than the original, they also give a nice blue ambient look to your gauges. I am thinking of actually purchasing four of the green bulbs, that would be used for the turn indicators to give it more of an original look. The nice thing about these bulbs is they are a good fit, not like some of the others I have tried.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don't fit well This product is a great idea but they do not fit very well im the sockets. Not easy to work with.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good Concept....Quality lacking Bought this set to replace the dash lights in my 66 coupe. The other review was correct...the bulbs are not a perfect fit. Quality is less than desired. Three of the bulb didn't work out of the pack and I had to put the old bulbs back in. Would love the find bulbs like this but with better quality. Please find a better quality LED bulb.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Another disappointement Installation was easy enough with the addition of the small "O" rings, should you need them. The indicator lights appeared brighter, Hi beam light appears the same but the issue I have is the blue dash lights. They are not that bright and are not dim-able. They are either on of off. As with LED's they need a constant voltage.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bulb popped out after installation ! Base is smaller than original and ears do not properly seat. As a result the spring loaded socket ejected the LED bulb. I had remove the Instrument Bezel AGAIN and fiddle with the LEDs to make them seat properly. This made a simple task into a frustrating experience. Looking for another vendor. Not a happy camper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as bright as I thought they would be. Figured I would try these out. The blue is almost too much. Should I remove the blue light domes in the cluster? I wish they had a green kit. A bulb for the radio should be included in the kit. Now the radio looks very dim and original green color. Need to find another blue LED bulb for the radio.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Doxn sides Purchase them and installed a month OK, fit perfectly in my 66 convertible however it should be mentionned that when installing LEDS you loose the dimmer function and the red LED red on red is dimmer than original bulb so a tip but a white LED in the red spot

We only have those lights in kit format, which allows you to replace all of your interior lights with LEDs. You'll want either CJ part # ILK2 or ILK3

Does this change the colour of the instruments to blue from the stock green?

Asked by: Ficklelife
There are four blue lights, two green lights and one red light for your high beam indicator. You should be able to get the original colors with the longevity and brightness that LEDs offer.
