If the interior of your 1965-1968 Fastback Mustang ever gets wet then you might need to replace the Quarter Vent Drain Hose. This reproduction hose from Scott Drake is a direct-fit reproduction part designed specifically for your vintage pony.

Features and Benefits of the Scott Drake Quarter Vent Drain Hose (C5ZZ-63278C14-A):
- Specially formed reproduction
- Made from high-grade rubber
- Trimmed to correct length
- Direct-fit replacement
- Helps keep interior dry

Your Mustang's stock quarter vent rubber drain tube can deteriorate and crack, which lets water get inside your Fastback's quarter vent assemblies. This problem can lead to your pony's carpet getting soaked and even the rusting of its floor pan. Scott Drake solves this issue with this specially formed reproduction drain hose, which is manufactured from premium rubber then trimmed to the right length. The wide end will connect to the bottom of the vent assembly. The narrow end inserts into a drain hole in the outer rock panel.

When restoring a classic Mustang, experts agree that you should replace every rubber component on the car. This Quarter Vent Drain Hose is crucial. Even if it hasn't already cracked, it most likely will eventually. Protect your classic pony's interior by installing this premium part from Scott Drake!

Scott Drake has become an iconic brand that redefines quality for reproduction and aftermarket Mustang parts and has become the standard for OEM quality Mustang parts that offer the best fit, durability and quality.

Product Questions

Since the drain pan has just a beveled edge around the drain hole how is the drain hose connect originally?

Asked by: dpsinnes
There should be a short piece of metal tube extending from the botom. The drain tube connects to that with a clamp, It then just goes into a hole in the floor/inner quarter.
