Product Description

Tail Light Sequencer Kit for all 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Mustangs.

In 2010, Ford introduced and included sequential turn signals on all Mustangs, and since then they have maintained the trend all the way up to the current model. Unfortunately the sequential pattern is only used for the turn signals, not anymore!

With this Sequencer Kit, the brake and hazards lights will not flash with a static pattern. This easy to install kit will make the tail lights flash in a sequential pattern for all of your typical functions - including brake, hazard, and locking/unlocking your 2010-2017 Mustang. This plug and play sequencer kit will take only minutes to install, and requires no permanent modifications to your factory wiring harness.

Features and Benefits:
- Adds Sequential Abilities to ALL Lighting Functions
- Fits ALL 2010-2017 Mustangs
- Requires NO Permanent Modifications
- Complete Plug-and-Play Kit
- Made in the USA
- Quick and Easy Installation
- 100% Reversible
- Sold as a Pair

*Please confirm that you have US-Spec Sequential Tail Lights prior to placing your order.

Please Note: This Tail Light Sequencer Kit will ONLY work on US-Spec Tail Lights and may NOT be compatible with aftermarket tail lights and/or aftermarket bulbs.

The kit has been engineered with only the highest of quality parts, including modified OE-grade connectors featuring an embedded circuit protector for extreme reliability over the life of your Mustang. Designed, tested, and manufactured right here in the USA and offering a fully plug-and-play installation, this is by far one of the simplest ways to make your 2010-2017 Mustang stand out from the rest.

Sequencer Tail Light Kit 2010-2017 is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 31.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works beautifully I bought this kit being skeptical because on another website for something similar it's $150 and when I found it here for $80 decided to buy it and it's very easy to put works great. Good bang for your buck. If you guys are wondering it is from diode dynamics.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2010 - 2016 Sequencer Tail Light Kit Very disappointed with this item. Stated that is suits all models from 2010 - 2016, unfortunately it is not compatible with the Model produced for the Australian market. The Australian market model has a smaller plug connector for the lights and the Sequencer has large plug connectors. Not happy having it shipped all the way and paying nearly the price of the object in postage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not Factory? I'm not sure where the number eighty came from, or exactly how much engineering went into these plug-n-play bridges... However, they are something that should come straight from the factory. $80 is pretty steep for something this small and insignificant, but I wanted them. I couldn't be happier with the ease of install or the look they produce. Just another small upgrade that sets me apart from the basic stock models. Thank you CJ's

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great modification! Nice touch and extra safety for those day-dreaming/texters/phone talker drivers behind you. Only car that does this when pressing breaks, it is noticed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So fun and so simple.... These were one of the first things I bought for my 2015 mustang. I followed the video exactly and it took all of 10 minutes to be back on the road. I've prolly sold a dozen of these as every mustang owner around me asks me about these. Ford should have made this part of the car from the outset, but since they didn't I'm glad these are available. The ONLY drawback, they are $80...it would be nice if they were cheaper.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sequencer Tail Light Kit didn't work I installed the sequencers per the written directions which was very simple and the same as the video and my left rear tail light wouldn't work after repeated attempts of double checking the connections. This was the exact same result as the Fourth Brake Light Kit which also didn't work. My tail lights work fine without this "Sequencer Tail Light Kit".

I see in some of your previous answers that this item will not work on 2016 mustangs sold outside the US. Is the problem that, the Taillights are different (electrical system) ?? or The fact that Ford have used different connectors for the taillights??.

Asked by: BertNT
The electrical system and plugs are different.

Sequencer Tail Light Kit 2010-2017 Video Transcript
By Bill Tumas: If you subscribe to our YouTube channel, you know we do a lot of videos showing you how to add sequential tail lights to both old and new Mustangs. Starting in 2010, Ford made sequentials a factory feature, so now instead of installing them, we're showing you ways to make them better. These harnesses will fit your 2010-2016 Mustang, and kind of take your sequential tail lights to a new level. Instead of simply sequencing when your turn signals are on, now they'll sequence when you unlock the car, when you hit your brakes, and also when the hazards are on, and given that the first factory Mustang with sequential tail lights was a Shelby, it's only fitting that they're going to fit the new Shelby’s as well.

Today we're going to install a set on this 2016 GT-350.

These sequencing were made in the USA and are a very easy installation on all 2010 through 2016 Mustangs. You simply have to unplug the factory harness from the tail light and put this in line with it, and plug it back in. Very simple to do, and we'll show you how to do it on the new Shelby.

I'm going to start the installation by popping the trunk, and we're going to remove the cover for the installation device.

Next we're going to remove this rear panel by removing these 4 thumb screws. There are going to be 2 on each side.

Okay next, the panel, you're going to kind of pull it forward towards the front of the car and kind of lift up.

I should mention at this point, if you do have a factory subwoofer in your car, you are going to have to remove the subwoofer to install this part. It's only a few bolts. It's very easy to remove, but get that out of the way. We're going to actually tilt this forward, and you can see the plug.

Now we'll reach down and plug it from the top. Take the sequencer. They're both the same. Install that, and plug it back in the factory harness.

Now repeat the process on the other side.

With both sides plugged in, we give them a quick test. The easiest way to do this, you can hit the hazards, hit the brakes, or just hit unlock on key fob. Okay, now they sequence just like the turn signals do when I'm unlocking the car. Now we can reinstall the panels that we removed, and your installation is finished.

Here you see the tail light sequencers with the brake lights on. Once you hit the brake light, all of them will stay on, and when you release they go off. Hit it again, and they sequence, and here's the hazards.

Here you can see the turn signals work just like factory.

The tail light sequencers add a nice custom touch to our Shelby. Obviously it's great that they sequence when the tail lights and turn signals are on, and now you get them with your brake lights, your hazard lights, even when you disarm the car.

Installation is very straightforward, very easy. Even with subwoofer, it should take you no more than 30 to 45 minutes, and be back on the road in no time.
