Replace the factory stamped steel rear lower control arms with Steeda's durable billet arms. Each arm is cut from a solid piece of aluminum creating a very strong suspension piece. Although much stronger than the factory control arms, Steeda's RLCAs are 6 lbs lighter. This means reduced unsprung weight for improved performance.
Steeda's Billet Rear Lower Control Arms are finished off with polyurethane bushings. Urethane bushings are stronger than the stock lower control arm bushings and they reduce deflection. The factory rubber bushings will give and twist when you launch your Mustang. This results in wheel hop and possibly broken parts. The polyurethane bushings are stiffer and handle launches much better. Reduce wheel hop and improve traction while reducing weight.

These control arms worked great. Lighter and stronger than stock. Used to have bad wheel hop and bump steer issues. These LCAs keep the tires planted and keeps the front end of the car from rocking up and down during hard shifts. I also used to have terrible squeaking from the worn out rubber bushings from the stock LCAs. Install was easy on Jack stands. Do one side at a time. I also had to use a ratchet strap on the axle to pull it towards the front of the car so the bolt holes would line up. Would def purchase again and no need to grease these monthly. Worked great on my 2007 Mustang GT.
These weren't the cheapest LCA but they were on sale at CJ Pony parts so I thought I'd go for it. WOW what a difference in the way my 2008 GT handles. In use to dread the RR Xing on the curve cause the back end would drift to the side but now it's very stable, and for the wheel hop on hard launches at a rough intersection...GONE. Also these are not the most visible upgrade but when you do get a glimpse of then from the side they are really sharp. Great product!
