Phone Orders: At CJ'S we make ordering by phone simple and painless. Whenever possible, please use our part numbers. If you do not have our part number, our sales staff will be glad to get it for you. Our phone hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Saturday.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Money Orders.

C.O.D. Orders: We no longer accept COD as a form of payment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are still accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or money orders.

Mail or Fax Orders: When ordering by mail, you may use our order form or make your own. Please include your name, home phone number (this is needed for your customer number), daytime phone number, mailing address, shipping address, e-mail address, and payment method. Also include the year, body style, engine size and transmission of your Mustang if possible.

Shipping Policy: In the continental United States, the minimum shipping charge is $4.95. Prepaid orders from $49.55 to $299.99 are billed 10% shipping and handling. Orders over $300 will have free ground shipping. This does not apply to wheels, disc brake kits, transmissions, heads, leaf springs, Eibach springs, exhaust kits, full length headers, H or X pipes, fan shrouds, axles, steering boxes, strut tower braces, sway bars, seat foam, valances, full length floor pans, radiator supports, spoilers, door panels, carpet, dashpad, bumpers, rocker moldings or other oversize parcels. In stock orders normally ship the next business day.

Shipping Categories: Items in these categories do not qualify for free shipping. These shipping charges are in addition to the standard shipping policy.

    Shipping Category 1: $13.95 Additional Shipping Charge.

    Shipping Category 2: $19.95 Additional Shipping Charge.

    Shipping Category 3: $90.00 Additional Shipping Charge.

Upgraded Shipping: FedEx 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day air are available for an additional charge.

Backorders: In the event that an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. All backorders are shipped when our stock is replenished. Backorders are billed to you when they are shipped and not before, unless you have instructed us otherwise.

Truck Freight: Truck freight shipments must be inspected for damage before the driver leaves. This includes deliveries with no visible signs of damage. Any damage found must be reported to the driver. Signing for the delivery is an acknowledgment by the customer that all parts were received in good condition. Once a delivery is signed for, CJ Pony Parts and/or the trucking company will not be responsible for any damaged parts in that shipment.

Missing Parts: We must be contacted concerning any missing item within 72 hours of delivery.

Damaged Parts: Keep your original box and packing. Report the damage to the freight carrier within 3 days of receipt and obtain a damage claim number. The carrier will in turn contact CJ Pony Parts Inc. If you need our assistance during this process, please phone us at (717) 657-9252.

Return Policy: If an item needs to be returned, it must be done so within 30 days of the invoice date along with a copy of the original invoice and a return authorization number. To obtain your return authorization number, please call our customer service department at 717-657-9252. All new products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material. Liability to CJ Pony Parts Inc. is limited to the replacement of the defective part. Returns may not be painted, stripped, used, cut, or altered in any way and must be returned in the original package. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Returns sent c.o.d or freight collect will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and may not receive a refund on shipping and handling charges. If the item needs to be returned due to our error, the customer will receive a full refund for the cost of the part. No returns on special order or non stock items.

Measurements and Specifications: These are provided to us from the individual manufacturers. We provide this information to you as a service only. CJ Pony Parts Inc. is not responsible for any variances between the measurements and specifications listed in our catalog and the actual part.
