Ordered something, they send it to my post office where I hsve to pick it up. If I order something large they have to call you to find out the physical address to be sent to your home. Why not use one carrier that can do it all rediculous, not to mention I have to go pick it up and can only get it when a postal worker is working

I have spent a lot of money with CJ Pony Parts just to get treated like crap by their sales team when you want to know where your item is that was shipped over a week ago. Just look at their shipping problems on Google. Save your self some heartache and get your pony back on the road ASAP order from someone else.

I ordered rocker moldings for a 69 mustang, when we opened the box one mldg was fine the other was bent and clips had been removed. I called they told me they could not replace the clips, these are special made clips they can't get. I restore cars for my business, family owned and operated, you will not have to wait on us again. I recently purchased a Borgeson power steering system for my 1965 coupe and I had CJ Pony perform the installation. I must say that they did an excellent job. The labor estimate was in line with the quote they had given me, they started and completed the job in one day, the work they performed was top notch and they clearly explained to me exactly what they needed to do in order to complete the installation. Though they are a bit far from home for me, it was certainly worth the trip as they have the knowledge and expertise to properly complete the job. I highly recommend CJ for parts and services for your mustang.

I am new to this site and your company. I don't typically order from the Internet but I got a good report from a friend of mine and thought I would try it. I ordered a cluch cable for my 98 Mustang GT and it was supposed to get to me in 5-7 days. I got it in 3 days. I installed it and have to say that the report I received from my friend was very good. The biggest "little" missing piece from my newly aquired "father/son" 1966 coupe was the shift handle. It was hard as hell to shift without it and my son was not digging that at all. So, I placed my first order with CJ for the part and it arrived 2 days early and fit like a glove. It's "heavy", just like the original and works perfectly. Just received your fuel tank. Install went easy as pie. Everything lined up perfect. My only only complaint is when I received my package the filler pipe gasket was sticking out of the shipping box. The slightest mishandling could have caused the gasket to fall out of the shipping box ending in me not having one of the parts I needed. Other than that I am very satisfied with your parts and will continue buying your product. Thank you

One word sums up my experience's with CJ's, amazing. The customer service reps always go above and beyond to make sure your order is right and you are satisfied. The few times I've had problems with CJ's, the CSR's have ALWAYS been eager to help make it right. I live about ten minutes away from another mustang parts supplier, and the service couldn't more opposite. Ordered the wrong part, well, thats too bad. I would recommend CJ's to anyone.

Back in February I ordered a complete exhaust system for the wife's 66 6 cylinder coupe, along with some other goodies. Parts came with in a few days and the exhaust was the last thing on the list so the box sat in the corner until a few days a go. Went to put the system on and after consulting with sales that night I found out I had ordered a system for a 67 OOPS! well being as I already hung one of the pipes threw out the box etc. there was no way they could take the parts pack and resell them perfectly understandable but what they did do blew me away. The CSR whom I was on the phone with (forgot his name my bad) spoke with the boss who knocked off a few bucks and the RIGHT system and bent over backwards helping me saying ok you can reuse this part and this part and this part etc. to bring the price down even lower. Bottom line is he couldn't do enough for me as a customer and I can't tell you how much I appreciate good old customer service where people actually care and don't read from a script. CJ Pony p

Just wanted to let you guys know that you really do an awesome job with your customer service. I was using a more local supplier from Oklahoma City and found that it would take them three days just to ship me the parts. I decided to try you guys and was amazed at the email notification on the shipment within a few hours and the tracking ability of my part. I don't have the money that other Mustang enthusiasts have to pour thousands at a time into my car so I usually only spend 50-100 dollars at a time, but am very happy that you guys got my order shipped fast and accurate and make me feel no less important then the guy ordering 1,000 dollars at a time. (FYI, the part I ordered today was purchased just a few months ago from your competitor and broke while under warranty. They agreed to replace it for free. I would still rather pay full price and get it from you guys if that tells you how great I think your service is.)

Thanks for your help, it's much appreciated. I've heard that Australia is the second largest home for old Mustangs apart from the USA. Unfortunately not many 73 models. The 65-66 are very popular and there are maybe 10-15 stores selling Mustang parts but nobody stocks 1970+ parts. I have enjoyed dealing with CJ Pony Parts on a 1969 Mach 1 complete restoration. I have the car on a rotisserie and completely disassembled it. I ended up talking to Sam in the shop. He knew EXACTLY what my problem was and we came up with a parts combination to fix the modified steering. Sam even went to the parts bin and made up the fix to see if it would work. He called me back and concluded that we had in fact found a solution. AWESOME SERVICE! Not common in a lot of parts centers. Most of the time you're lucky if the guy can do much more then read back the part number to you.

I was down to your place last week (for the 1st time) to get a gear install on my '06 GT. The service department did an outstanding job on my car and it didn't take as long as I thought it would. I wish I had known about your company years ago. I went in person and spent over $5,000 on a large order of parts with another Mustang parts supplier to save on shipping and receive a 10% discount. Later, when I finally opened some of the trim items I found they had sold me the wrong year parts. Clearly their mistake, but they wouldn't take the parts back. This happened several times in between that order and prior to me finding CJ Pony Parts. Your prices are better, you don't charge shipping and you take parts back without a hassle. Just want to tell you wow!!!! What a tune, the new sleeve out tune I would say feels about 8-10 more hp then the sleeve in tune. The tune was good, the shifts were faster then stock but much harder, that was a concern i had. This sleeve out tune, the shifts are just as fast but are about 50% softer, which is about 50% harder then stock tune which relates to perfection in shifting. Now here's the kicker, when I nailed it going on the highway from about 20mph, she down shifted into 1st, (it was in drive) and when it shifted to 2nd I chirped the tires and they chirped again when shifting from 2 to 3rd and I'm running 255/50/17 kuhmo summer tires. You guys did a great job. That's why I came to CJ Pony Parts and not any of other tuners out there, like bama-chips, etc. With the sleeve out, I can here the cold air intake sucking down the air, another great sound. To think at my age (57) this would not impress me anymore, like in my younger years and a lot of other muscle cares I've owned. Well, thanks again guys.

I called your store in desperation. I needed a driver's side fender apron and rail, the complete assembly from the fire-wall to the radiator support for a Mustang from 1990 to 1993. Not only did you have one in your yard, you cut it out and made sure it was serviceable. At the same time, I called and asked about a radiator support. You had one in stock, and I asked you to pull it for me and set it aside. I was very pleased and surprised that you would do so. The apron/rail and the rad support you set aside for me, without a single penny from me, kinda floored me. Anywhere else I would have been sending 'good faith' money. You guys asked for nothing.
