To you and your TEAM, A JOB WELL DONE. Leaving CJ Pony became a night mare where it should have taken me 2 hours to get home and turned into 5 hours with a flat trailer tire. But as I waited on the side of the road for the Uhaul service, I had nothing better to do but look over everything you guys did to the car. I couldn't believe how awesome of a job your team has done, couldn't care less on how long I was going to wait there just because I was so happy with my results. I ended up talking to Sam in the shop. He knew EXACTLY what my problem was and we came up with a parts combination to fix the modified steering. Sam even went to the parts bin and made up the fix to see if it would work. He called me back and concluded that we had in fact found a solution. AWESOME SERVICE! Not common in a lot of parts centers. Most of the time you're lucky if the guy can do much more then read back the part number to you.

I just went to Birmingham to pick up all of my parts and I just wanted to say how glad I am to do business with you guys. I only had a couple of weatherstrip parts that didn't show up. When you look at everything I got, about $2,100 worth of stuff, that is really good. I hope someday you guys open a store in Atlanta, Charlotte or somewhere in the South. Until then I just pay for UPS. You guys are a very good example of customer service. Many people in this industry could learn a lot from you.

I've just returned from the Charlotte Autofair, and would like to take a minute to commend the guys at CJ's for making my trip through the CJ's tent as pleasurable as I've ever had. Most vendors, while at a swap meet, are pretty short tempered and just out to make a buck. If they feel you aren't going to spend several hundred dollars, they don't seem to have a lot of time for you. Creed, on the other hand, took the time to answer my questions and help me out even before he knew I was there to pick up a $700.00 order. Same thing with Matt and Eric. I was treated with courtesy and patience. This is what sets your company apart from the herd of Mustang vendors and what will keep your customers coming back year after year. I called your store in desperation. I needed a driver's side fender apron and rail, the complete assembly from the fire wall to the radiator support for a Mustang from 1990 to 1993. Not only did you have one in your yard, you cut it out and made sure it was serviceable. At the same time, I called and asked about a radiator support. You had one in stock, and I asked you to pull it for me and set it aside. I was very pleased and surprised that you would do so. The apron/rail and the rad support you set aside for me, without a single penny from me, kinda floored me. Anywhere else I would have been sending "good faith" money. You guys asked for nothing. Talk about trust! I drove 2 hours and 15 minutes to your store, picked up the parts that were waiting for me, and headed back up-state knowing that any further purchases I make for my '91 LX will be from CJ Pony Parts. Being a business owner of a retail store in Williamsport, PA for the last 28 years, I know how important customer satisfaction can be to the success of your business. I was down to your place last week (for the 1st time) to get a gear install on my '06 GT. The service department did an outstanding job on my car and it didn't take as long as I thought it would. They answered my questions and had some ideas on what I could do next. While I was waiting in the showroom for my car to be done, I had the opportunity to observe some of the employees interactions with the customers. Whether on the phone or talking to someone across the counter, they were all professionally knowledgeable and courteous to everyone. I was very impressed. Hope you have much prosperity in the future. | Just wanted to let you guys know that you really do an awesome job with your customer service. I was using a more local supplier from Oklahoma City and found that it would take them three days just to ship me the parts. I decided to try you guys and was amazed at the email notification on the shipment within a few hours and the tracking ability of my part. I don't have the money that other Mustang enthusiasts have to pour thousands at a time into my car so I usually only spend 50-100 dollars at a time, but am very happy that you guys got my order shipped fast and accurate and make me feel no less important then the guy ordering 1,000 dollars at a time. I recommend you to all my friends and will continue to keep you guys as my #1 source. (FYI, the part I ordered today was purchased just a few months ago from your competitor and broke while under warranty. They agreed to replace it for free. I would still rather pay full price and get it from you guys if that tells you how great I think your service is.)

Just want to thank you for the recent install of my Vortech V3 and 2 Nexus gauges. It looks like the work was done at the factory, amazing job. I would also like to thank you for finding a part locally (knowing I was 2 hours away) that Vortech didn't ship with the kit to finish the install.
