Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Replacement! Bought this a few months back because the shiny chrome one I bought before kept leaking at the bottom. So I decided to go with this SD part and it did the trick! No more leaking fluid pooling up on the top of the water pump.

what is this thermostat housing made out of. im wanting cast iron. please let me know if you have a cast one.  thanks

Asked by: wrongw13y
It's cast aluminum. TH16 is your only other likely option. It features OE style construction, so if the OEM product is cast iron, this might be the one you want.
