UPR Extreme Billet Hood Brace System for 2005-2009 Mustangs.Eliminate that unsightly prop rod forever along with the many headaches that a prop rod creates. No more rattling, scratching or in the way blues when working on your engine bay from that pain in the neck prop rod.
This Innovative new kit will work with all stock and aftermarket hoods available for your Mustang. The unique locking design allows you to simply lift your hood and push the braces into the open/locking position.
Hardware will mount to steel, fiberglass and even carbon fiber. Constructed from CNC machined billet aluminum and available in a brushed satin or mirror polished finish. Made in the USA!

I really liked the look of this product and was excited to have it installed but it would not work on my car. I have a 2008 GT with a fiberglass Cervini Ram Air hood. On the package it said that it was for 05-06 cars and I don't know if they are set up differently or what but there was no room for the hinges to fold down into the engine compartment. I will have to try to find something else with a similar look that will work for my car
