Product Questions

I purchased a pair of these hubs, new front drums, and the wheel studs.  When reassembling, does the hub assembly need to be "swaged" to the drum, as the original units were.  The fit is loose between new hub and drum

Asked by: Stevechassey
It is not necessary but would be a good idea if you can do it.

Asked by: stylelomilo
see our reply above  for the studs.  this will use standard lug nuts.  HW157 will work, you will need 2 packs These are the wheel studs needed for this hub, here: http://www.cjponyparts.com/lug-stud-front-6cyl-drum-6cyl-drum-1964-1970/p/HW1174/

There isn't one currently available for your application, the spindle is different from 66 to 68.

Will this fit a 1971 Ford Maverick??? I can't seem to find a Wheel Brake Drum Hub Ft 4 Lug for it.... If this does not fit and you do not carry one, do you have any other suggestion where I might find one?

Asked by: vernbray
That fitment isn't noted on our product page, so it's likely not something we've ever tested. That doesn't mean it won't work, but it doesn't mean it will either. I'm not sure of any good Maverick sites out there to direct you to, either.
