2019 Mustang Interior
The 2019 refresh brings only a few minor changes to the interior of the Mustang. The most notable option is the new B&O Play Premium Audio System built by HARMAN, which features 12 speakers and an in-trunk subwoofer. A CD player and HD Radio Technology are included. For those times when your exhaust note isn’t the song of choice, you’ll be able to enjoy some really high-quality sound from this upgraded system.
Another change that is now available on Ford cars for the 2019 model year is the inclusion of FordPass. This new app works with SYNC Connect to let users monitor and control their vehicle on their phone. Drivers can now start and stop, lock or unlock, and even check fuel and fluid levels, all from their mobile device. It also has a navigation feature to easily find things like parking and gas stations. The app is available on both Android and iOS.
An obvious addition to the 2019 line-up is the inclusion of the new Bullitt. It features much of the same equipment inside as the Mustang GT, but adds a unique Bullitt steering wheel logo and gorgeous green contrasting stitching throughout the cabin. Another nostalgic touch is the addition of a white 8-ball style shift knob, which really brings the look together.
Another addition is the California Special package, which adds Miko suede door and seat inserts with contrast red stitching. The seats feature a GT/CS logo, and the floor mats follow suit. The instrument panel receives a unique applique badge to further distinguish the cabin from that of the regular Mustang GT.
