Rated 4 out of 5 by Looky Nice from So far, so good. Received these today and VERY carefully installed them. I heard a distinct sound when they seated properly. They seem flush and tight. Moving the door lock knob up and down does not interfere with them. The question is will they stand the test of time. I am hoping the one advantage I have is that the door locks are powered so their is no reason I should have to touch the grommets. I must remember to be very careful when cleaning the door and windows

Rated 1 out of 5 by Elpasorabo from Don't bother While a lot of Drake products are good this one is an exception. a plastic chrome product are usually junk and this one is no exception. The plastic clips do not allow any ability to fit. If they were metal then you could actually bend the insert to hold the grommet in place. so they come lose and come out and do not stay in place. Only way to make them stay is to put a little glue on them to hold them down.

Rated 3 out of 5 by tnsmith from Doesn't Fit '64 1/2 Lock Knobs I read that these were difficult to install. I put them in warm water and they slid right in. The problem came when I installed the '64 1/2 lock knobs. I pushed them down and they wedged in to the grommet. Scratched up the knob and broke the grommet trying to get it off. With a little filing I was able to get the knob to slide in to the grommet, but had to damage a set to figure it out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by rwrose298 from Great Fit Look just like the original ones made 50+ years ago, except in chrome. The original ones are clear plastic. Where Scott Drake came up with chrome I do not know. Other than they blend in with the original chrome lock knob. You will likely lose points in a concourse event if the judge knows the original configuration.
