Just like the original, this ACP (FM-BD050C) hatch striker features the same parts and sizes for a direct bolt-in. Installation of the ACP (FM-BD050C) hatch striker is very simply but requires a torx socket. This is a simple fix for quieting down your squeaky Mustang.
The hatch striker takes a tremendous amount of abuse over the years and will eventually wear to the point of failure. A rattling or misaligned hatch is a sign of a worn hatch striker assembly. Replace the hatch striker assembly before catastrophic failure occurs.
