These BBK full length headers are CAD designed and manufactured with 1-5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestrictive airflow and a one piece 3/8? laser cut flange for added strength and durability. All BBK exhaust headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.

If you use the long tube headers you would have to get it tuned as opposed to the shorty headers I hear you don't need a tune for em, is this correct?
That would depend on other mods that are done. Using the headers with a few basic mods, neither short or long tube headers would require a tune unless the check engine light comes on.

Are these street legal for your car, or are they only for track use? And can you mount these on the stock 4.6 motor on a 2003 mach 1?
You can use these on a stock engine, you would have to check your local emission laws to see if they are legal for use in your area.

Would the bbk 15330 headers fit a 4.6 32 valve mod motor in a 1963 Falcon with custom A-frame suspension?
They will physically fit the motor, but we are not in the market of selling Falcon parts. So we have no way of determining what will and will not fit with a custom A-frame suspension in a '63 Falcon.
