BBK Shorty Header Chrome 1-1/2 4.0L Jeep Wrangler YJ 1991-1995/ TJ 1997-1999

A new set of BBK Chrome 1-1/2 Shorty Headers (4052) will add torque and horsepower to your 1991-1995 Jeep YJ Wrangler or 1997-1999 TJ Wrangler with a 4.0L Engine. You'll also notice better combustion and fuel economy as a result of improved scavenging waves.

Manufactured with 1-1/2 CNC mandrel-bent tubing, these tuned-length Exhaust Headers are a direct-fit replacement for your 4.0L Jeep application. However, unlike OEM manifolds and equal-length headers, the BBK Shorty Header design allows for unrestricted exhaust flow and better performance. 

The Shorty Headers are built with a 3/8 laser-cut flange for reinforced strength and a leak-free fit. The Headers are also robotically and precision hand-welded for the best possible outcome. Finally, they are finished in bright chrome and then pressure tested to ensure unwavering operation for years to come.
