Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fit well looks great, almost dont want to paint I bought this tank the day I drove my mustang home. I found when I got home that the tank had a lot of corrosion and when I started pressing on the bad areas with my finger it caused a huge leak. Bought this tank in hopes I extends the life much longer. As an added bonus it looks really good too. All mounting holes line up and came packaged well and no dent or dings.

I just got a C5ZZ-9002-SS gas tank for my 65 Mustang. I noticed the drain plug is already in the tank has it been installed with thread sealant or is it just stuck there to keep it from getting lost?
