COBB made a cat-back exhaust into a Stainless Steel 3" Turbo-Back Exhaust System 591301 with the GESi Catted Downpipe and built-in high-flow catalytic converter. Directly replace the stock 2013-2018 Focus ST exhaust you currently have for a full 304 stainless steel, a custom inline system featuring massive 4-inch double-wall tips! Your dual tips will release a deep exhaust note that is drone-free.
This Turbo-Back Exhaust System includes a COBB 3" downpipe and 3" cat-back pipe put together in a kit for a complete bolt-on exhaust system. The durable steel construction holds up well under stress and assault, leaving your beautiful TIG weld seals in great condition. CNC mandrel bent tubing creates the perfect fit every time and eliminates leaks.

The 3" downpipe has a 4" flex section and offers a 300 cell count GESi catalytic converter. This high flowing cat decreases restriction for better exhaust flow. The COBB downpipe bolts up to your factory turbo with a V-band flange. Although a 2-1/2" gasket is included to bolt-up to a factory cat-back, the 3" gasket is used to connect to the COBB cat-back for a perfect seal and unrestricted flow. COBB custom inline mufflers minimize restrictions and increase exhaust velocity for added horsepower.
Please Note: Ford designed the 2015+ Focus ST with four exhaust hangers but only added three on the factory exhaust system. All aftermarket exhaust systems are built to use that fourth exhaust hanger. CJ Pony Parts recommends the purchase of COBB’s Polyurethane Exhaust Hanger Kit (591001).
