COBB 3" Stainless Steel Turbo-Back Exhaust System with Catalytic Converter and Dual 4" Tips for 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Focus STs.

COBB's 3" Stainless Steel Catted Dual Tip Turbo-Back Exhaust System is a direct replacement system for your 2013-2018 Focus ST. The exhaust 591301 features full 304 stainless steel construction, a high flow catalytic converter, custom inline mufflers and dual 4" double wall stainless steel tips. Installation of this system results in a drone-free and unique exhaust note.

This 591301 COBB 3" Stainless Steel Turbo-Back Exhaust System with Catalytic Converter and Dual 4" Tips includes a COBB 3" downpipe and 3" cat-back pipe put together in a kit for a complete bolt-on exhaust system. Full stainless steel construction means the COBB turbo-back holds up extremely well under the stress and assault of the elements. Beautiful TIG welds seal all lines perfectly, resulting in zero exhaust leaks. CNC mandrel bent tubing creates the perfect fit every time for a no-hassle installation.

The downpipe is 3" in diameter with a 4" flex section. The COBB downpipe features a 200 cell count Magnaflow catalytic converter. This high flowing cat decreases restriction for better exhaust flow. The COBB downpipe bolts up to your factory turbo with a V-band flange. Although a 2-1/2" gasket is included to bolt-up to a factory cat-back, the 3" gasket is used to connect to the COBB cat-back for a perfect seal and unrestricted flow.

Please Note: Ford designed the 2015 Focus ST with four exhaust hangers but only added three on the factory exhaust system. All aftermarket exhaust systems are built to use that fourth exhaust hanger. CJ Pony Parts recommends the purchase of COBB’s Polyurethane Exhaust Hanger Kit (591001).

COBB custom inline mufflers produce a sound unique to the COBB exhaust system. Minimal restrictions increase exhaust velocity for the best bump in horsepower available. Dual 4" slash cut, double wall tips feature the COBB logo and look fantastic exiting the rear of your 2013-2018 Focus ST.

*Includes all necessary hardware and installation instructions.

Pair this COBB 3" Stainless Steel Turbo-Back Exhaust System with Catalytic Converter and Dual 4" Tips with a COBB Accessport V3 Tuner for a fantastic bump in horsepower on your 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 or 2018 Focus ST. COBB offers ready-to-run maps to maximize power made from their cat-back exhaust system.

Vehicle Fitment

This product will fit the following Focus years:

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best sounding of all the aftermarket options The full turboback exhaust (stage 3 everything else as well) sounds great when you're on the throttle and you start climbing into midrange power. It's very loud inside the car almost all the time though and your focus ST will no longer be a sleeper. So if you don't do much routine commuting then you'll have nothing but a huge smile on your face. But I do wish it could be a little quieter for everyday driving but I know you can't have both increased flow and power, while having decreased sound. So I'm okay with the sound level. Overall if you don't mind being noticed, it's a great buy and the sound is unbeatable. Build quality is also very impressive so you don't need to worry about losing value of your vehicle as it is better than oem quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply incredible!!! What a world of a difference this makes. Coupled with an intake and blow off valve, the car sounds 150% better than it ever did. People WILL turn their heads in a good way.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A lot of great things, but falls short on the critical parts. I have had this on my car for a few days now. The craftsmanship is great, all the welds are flawless. Fitment is excellent too. Very easy to install. However, it doesn't seem much effort was put into driver comfort. I expected some drone present, but not to the point it makes my ears hurt. There is a very unbearable drone under a load or while accelerating on the highway. So much so that I am putting serious thought into selling the system. Considering the price I am very let down by the noise and vibrations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Where's the sixth star option?! I piece mailed the Cobb turbo back exhaust system by purchasing the down pipe first. The horsepower gain was physically noticeable. However, I had no idea what I was holding back by keeping the stock exhaust from the cat back on. I self installed using only Jack stands and a floor Jack. Took me about 2.5 hours and I tell you wow! This thing is beastly! Hands down how it should have come from the factory. The pull is amazing and the sound is phenomenal. Afraid your eco beast is going to sound ricey? Don't! The sound is a deep, rich, baritone and the drone is like street music to the ears. If you like your ride to be quiet and boring, don't waste your money. This upgrade is for motor enthusiasts only! My only complaint is that something so pretty has to go under the car!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't be happier Had been planning to get this kit for a long time and glad I finally decided to. Install took about 3 hours with jack stands in my garage. The quality is excellent and the sound is amazing. I would highly recommend getting this exhaust over the other options out there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound Great sounding exhaust very impressed with work that went into the kit. Took a couple hours to install the Down pipe. Cat back took maybe 45mins. Would recommend this kit to everyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Product The exhaust sounds amazing. Not loud at idle but when you start going through the gears it has a nice tone to it. Very simple install for someone with good knowledge of their own car. It improved my fuel economy which suprised me a lot. Only thing I’d say is i wish there was a base map in the COBB accsesport i could use for the intake plus exhaust.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Exhaust! I installed the turboback exhaust in my 13 Focus ST today and wow! The car pulls so much harder and has an addicting sound! When just cruising around their is no drone and when you punch it you unleash a beast! I couldn't be happier with the build quality and performance from these cobb products!

I have 2018 Focus ST with cold air intake (injen) and throttle body spacer I want to install this exhaust system turbo back do i need to Tune the car and if so what do you recommend will it trigger a check engine light if i don't tune it

Asked by: hemi332
A tune is not necessary unless you get a check engine light. I would recommend a tune to get the full potential from the installed parts.

Hi would this Fit a 2013 Focus ST for Australia (Right Hand Drive). Also how much would shipping be to Sydney Australia.

Asked by: Dan123456
Unfortunately I cannot accurately answer your question. Without the vendor supplying any information regarding fitment for non-US Spec cars and CJ's not having a car to test parts on, we cannot confirm this part working on your vehicle at this time.

I have the cobb cold air intake, rear motor mount, as well as the accessport. I plan on upgrading both the intercooler and putting this exhaust on. My question is, is the stock intercooler good enough to upgrade my exhaust first on my 2013 ST?

Asked by: jrobbins
Yes you could upgrade the exhaust first.

After I had this installed, I drove a couple hundred miles, and then my check engine light came on. Is this normal?

Asked by: 12jcalvin
It can happen with higher flow catalytic converters. You have to be tuned to account for the change.
