If you have found yourself pushing the limits of your factory fuel system, it’s time to step up and purchase a new set of fuel injectors for your 2015-2020 EcoBoost Mustang. The new Direct Injection system requires a special fuel injector that is now available to the owner who wants every last ounce of power out of their 2.3L turbocharged S550!

The new DeatschWerks 19S-01-1700-4 GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) injector flows 1700cc/min at 100 bar of fuel pressure which is more than a 30% increase in flow over the stock EcoBoost injectors. The patent-pending process used in this injector allows for increased flow while retaining the OE spray pattern, which maximizes fuel economy, emissions, and drivability. Being a brand new injector platform, it was crucially important to provide not only a great product, but to support it with great tuning data. DeatschWerks collaborated with SCT to develop injector calibrations for these GDI Injectors and was able to maintain the factory drivability and fuel economy.

Who can do the custom tune on the Sct X4 tuner for me to run E85 after I put these injectors in?

Asked by: Tunermustang1
There are several calibrators on the market that can help you out. You just have to search and determine if you will either take your car to a company or would you be willing to do everything through emails. I recommend looking into Lund Racing.

No fuel bar need?  So, just literally plug and play?

Asked by: Myckel
Yup, plug and play. You will need a custom tune. This can be done through virtually any tuning device and professional calibrator.

So exactly what kind of performance gains and overall benefits can I see with these injectors with a custom tune?

Asked by: Jim2015
A 30% increase in flow over the stock EcoBoost injectors will give you more room to play with additional boost before the car is leaning out.

In addition, will this require any upgrade to the factory fuel pump?

is there a install video in the works possibly?

Asked by: s550_danny
Not at this time. But this is truly a plug-and-play swap. Out with the old injectors and in with the new ones, connect the adapter harnesses, load your new custom tune that you source and you're done.
