Diode Dynamics used optical simulation modeling, allowing their custom-engineered TIR optics to shine in the most functional combo beam pattern possible. When paired with Diode Dynamics' high-intensity LED chips, modern TIR optics offer a higher output intensity than virtually any other 2" light available on the market. 

Using basic optics or reflectors with a standard outer lens, other LED pods can lose as much as ten percent of their light output. The custom-molded TIR optic in the Stage Series functions as both the optic and main lens for maximum efficiency and light output.
