Pair of Door Check Tension Arms for 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1993 Mustangs Built After 06/01/1982.

This pair of Mustang door check tension arms mounts to the lower door hinge and will fit the driver or passenger side. The roller rides on these tension arms and holds the door open. The originals on your pony tend to break over time from wear and then the door will not have tension to stay open.

These door check tension arms are made from the original Ford Tooling specs and will arrive to you in a pair of two with the needed alignment pins. These arms have been heat treated for spring tension to the specifications on the original Ford blue prints and are zinc plated to prevent rusting.

*Sold as a pair of tension arms and includes alignment pins. One pair does one car.
