Rated 5 out of 5 by S550stang from Great Product Bought for my shadow black mustang and I’m wanting to make everything black, so the red dot on the 5.0 was one thing I wasn’t to excited about but you can’t get around that on any brand you buy. But I was surprised when they arrived and the dot was a gloss black on the matte emblem. It came with red dots to replace it so if you want that complete oem look but I couldn’t have been happier with how they came. My double sided tape was black as well so I don’t have the problem of the white showing through. Removal was easy on all four, I followed there YouTube video on removal of the back GT and took a couple minutes to remove by just popping them off and not removing the whole deck lid

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mahatlu from Nice change from chrome emblems They look great on the car and were easy to install. The install video they put up is very good, although I made a few minor changes. For the side badges I bought some 3M adhesive remover that is safe for paint (available at auto parts store). After removing with trim tool I sprayed 3M product on left over residue and used trim tool and rag to remove all adhesive until completely clean. I also removed the back panel from the car to remove the GT emblem, there is a good video on line that shows you how to remove the panel, I didn't want little pieces rattling around when I open or closed the trunk lid. Rated 4 out of 5 by 2015GT from Looks great, but could have been better.. The emblems themselves look great, and every bit as good quality as oem. Pony in the grill is 10 out of 10, GT on trunk lid is 8 out of 10, because the (black) double sided tape didn't stick as well all the way around as I would have expected (and I prepped surface perfectly!), and 5.0 on sides would be 7 out of 10, only because they came with white double sided tape (as PLENTY others have complained about... stupid little thing for a product where people are only swapping them for improved looks - they're going to notice that thin white line that the average person wouldn't.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JonE2GunZ from Made all the difference I bought and installed these a few weeks ago. Going from the chrome emblems to black makes such a difference. Can't go wrong with these replacements, super easy to install and high quality parts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TRobb from A must have replacement! Super easy install. Sides take the longest time(especially if you have lots of left over adhesive). Rear and front took 30min total. Totally changes the look of the car.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pony Car Garage from Easy installation and great quality. I bought the matte black emblems to replace the chrome emblems on my wife's '17 GT. Very pleased with the results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Simmy from Look great and fairly easy to install. I put these on my Oxford White 5.0 to replace the factory chrome that were on the car with the PP. I like the subtle Matte black finish that sets them apart form the factory blackout option. Install was not too bad with the deck lid cover and hood last being the most time consuming, but nothing terrible. Got the old 5.0 emblems off with a hair dryer and fishing line. Managed to put the fishing line behind the emblem and pull outwards. Came off pretty easy with no residue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JD stang from Emblem kit with front pony/5.0 Fender Matte GT 15 The product looks great and easy to install as promised in description. My only issue with product is the white adhesive that helps the emblem stick to trunk lid and the 5.0 emblem to side fenders shows up behind the black emblems. Not a major issue, but the video shows the adhesive being the color of the emblem so the adhseive can not be seen. Small issue, but would be a nice small change to be made to product! Thank, Jason

Here is the link to the front emblem retainers. https://www.cjponyparts.com/ford-front-pony-emblem-hardware-pack-2015-2019/p/HW1002/. The EK20 comes with adhesive on the back of the emblems.

Does this kit include the 4 retaining washers (the ones that push over the mounting tabs) for the front pony emblem, or must they be purchased separately? Thanks...
They are not included.

Pretty sure I want these Matte Black emblems, but ant to make sure they do not look too grey against by black car. Opinions?
I put the matte black emblems on my Shadow black GT and they look GREAT! The install is relatively easy, but you need to break off the tabs of the grille pony to remove it by removing the panel in the engine compartment above the grill, and sticking your arm behind it. The rear GT emblem can be removed by taking the rear panel off of the trunk lid and grinding off the tabs with a dremel. the side 5.0 emblems can be removed with a hair dryer and fishing line or dental floss. all of the tabs on all of the emblems fit the factory holes perfectly

Could you put these badges on a 2013? I have a rtr deck lid panel so will it just stick on?
No, it would not be a direct fit and we couldn't advise you on how to make it work properly if it was possible.
