Is DBF195 and DBF191 the same kit except for the slotted rotors and price?

Will I need to install a proportioning valve in addition to the stock distribution block if I’m converting to front disc? I have a new dual chamber master cylinder installed that connects to my distribution block.

You could install a adjustable prop valve to the rear brakes.

The instructions talk about installing a brake booster. CJ Pony says this kit is complete conversion from manual front drums. So..I should not need at this time to purchase addition different master cylinder and booster??

no you do not. very poor info on cj pony site. youu will need a dual master cylinder...which is not NOTED ON CJ PONY SITE.
