The very first thing we're going to do is remove the grill by removing the clips that hold it in place. Pull on the grill to remove it. Disconnect the turn signal. Then remove the grill. Remove the four T15 torque screws that hold the headlight in place. Remove the retaining ring and disconnect the headlight. Install your new LED headlight. Reinstall the four retaining screws. Tighten all the screws, repeat the process for the other headlight. Then reinstall the grill.
Our KC LED headlights are installed. They look great. They gave our Jeep that classic Jeep look with improved visibility. Installation will take you about 15 minutes and before you know it you'll be heading off road.
