Vehicle Fitment

This product will fit the following Mustang years:

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Was ok.. I bought these shackles for my 1967 mustang, along with Reverse eye 2" lowering leaf springs. (figured these would be good incase the leaf springs dropped the car too much) For my driver side, the hardware included was way too long and there was no way it could fit, so I had to buy my own grade 8 bolts 1/2 inch shorter due to body panels being so tight around the area. (passenger side had alot more room and the bolts fit) I bought these specifically just to have polyurethane bushings, but these bushings had to be lubricated on the outside, and pried into the bushing area on the car to fit into place, after they were finally in, they were so tight that I also had to pry the bolts to get them to slide through the bushings. Now that I'm driving around, these creak really bad every time I go over a bump, I actually thought something was scraping at first. These definitely need to be super lubricated or something to prevent creaking, (by creaking I mean like when you open a door slowly and it can creak loud) but there's no way I'm going to get the bolts out to have them lubricated, it took like 10 minutes to pry them in. If I had to buy shackles again, I would not buy these again.
