This cast aluminum wheel features a one-piece design for the best durability possible to hold up longer over time. It's designed after Ford's styled steel wheels but is made with aluminum for a lighter product that will enhance your performance. Modern, aggressive additions like the charcoal painted finish and machined lip bring this wheel into the twenty-first century while perfectly matching your Pony's classic body lines and style. For added protection against the elements and whatever you may encounter on the road, the wheel is finished with a gloss clear coat.
Legendary Wheel Co. manufactures this wheel (P/N: LW60-50754B) to fit most 5 lug 1965-1973 Mustangs with an original 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern and 4.25" of backspacing. For your convenience, this wheel will also clear most aftermarket brake kits. You can purchase the GT8 Wheel individually or as a set of four (4).
Tech Tip: Even though these wheels are intended to fit most 5-lug 1965-1973 Mustangs with the original 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern and 4.25" of backspacing. It is a general rule of thumb, you should always measure and verify clearance before ordering aftermarket wheels, as modifications may, or will be necessary for fitment on your classic Mustang.
Please Note: For 1965-1966, 215/60-15 tires are recommended with 15x7” wheels but will require modifications for correct fit. For 1967-1968, 225/60-15 tires are recommended with 15x7” wheels. For 1969-1973, 235/60-15 tires are recommended with 15x7” wheels.
