One of the most common performance upgrades with the JK Wrangler is an axle-back exhaust. Here at CJ's, we offer a ton of different options, but we want to show you as many as we can, so today we're going to be installing this MagnaFlow axle-back exhaust. This MagnaFlow axle-back exhaust was made right here in the USA of mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing and features a straight- through muffler designed with dual polished stainless steel tips. It's pre-assembled for an easy installation and it's going to help our jeep look, sound and breathe better, so today we're going to install it on our 2016 Jeep Wrangler.

This axle-back exhaust is going to be super easy to install because there's only one 15 millimeter nut holding it on. Then you just have to remove the muffler from the two rubber hangers. Remove the 15 millimeter nut on the exhaust clamp ... Now we're going to remove this bracket from the rubber hanger on the Jeep ... All right, now we can move to the other hanger. Once both hangers are disconnected, grab onto the muffler and twist it to break it lose from the pipe, then you can pull it off.

With the factory exhaust out of the way, the first thing we're going to do is place the provided clamp over the over axle pipe. Place the passenger side hanger over the bracket on the muffler, then place the muffler into the driver side hanger then the over axle pipe ... Slide the clamp over the inlet pipe. Then tighten it with a 15 millimeter socket. Your installations finished.

All right, let's see how it sounds ... Our MagnaFlow axle-back exhaust is installed. Installation was super easy. Gave our Jeep a nice tone, but it's not too loud. Installation will take you about 30 to 45 minutes, and before you know it you'll be heading off-road.
