PRO-M Mass Air Meter 75MM GT 1994-1995

Having a properly calibrated mass air meter is one of the most important factors when modifying your car. The meter should be calibrated to match the flow rating of the fuel injectors, in conjunction with the PCM (engine computer) being used for the given application. A properly calibrated MAF meter ensures that the PCM receives a correct signal throughout the engine's entire operating range, resulting in a proper air/fuel mixture, maximum horsepower, excellent drivability, and maximum fuel economy.

Does your application require a "Cold Air" calibration?

A cold air kit is a simple and effective way to increase horsepower. Cold air kits direct cool air from outside the engine compartment to the engine's induction system. Our "Cold Air" mass air meters have a special calibration meant to be used with these kits. Our "Cold Air" meters also come equipped with an air inlet screen.

The most common cold air kit, has an elbow attached to the front of the mass air meter. This elbow directs cold air from outside the engine compartment into the mass air flow meter inlet. Our "Cold Air" meters are specially calibrated for this type of cold air kit. If you are using this type of cold air kit, you should order a meter with a "Cold Air" calibration.

A conical filter attached directly to the mass air meter is not compatible with Pro-M's Standard calibration or Cold Air calibration.
