I have a 1970 Mustang Convertible w/250ci. Will this radiator work with my current setup, and allow me to upgrade the engine in the future?
That would be a custom installation that may require some modification to work on your application.

will a 4 tube cool better? i am installing air conditioning in my 69 mustang which radiator should i have? concerned about the width of the 4 tube.
In aluminum radiators, the number of rows is far less important than the cooling tube size and the core thickness. If you go larger on those two factors, you'll likely find that an aluminum 2-row radiator is going to be more efficient than a 4-row.
