This Scott Drake Cowl Cover is designed to cover the cowl vents when washing your Mustang or storing it away for the winter. This one-piece design covers your Mustang's vents with a poly methyl methacrylate plastic cover with a foam surround. Four locking knobs are installed to secure the cover to the cowl vents, and no tools required for installation.

Scott Drake's low-profile cowl cover design simply sits on top of the cowl vent grille. This easily installs by pressing the spring loaded tabs and twisting the billet knobs. The tabs go through the vent bars and the T-bracket applies pressure to the backside of the vent bars. Since Scott Drake installs Billet Knobs in this cover, the installation and removal only takes a few minutes.

Cowl Cover is made out of a thick, weather resistant plastic, has a nice heavy foam surround and is held in place by these four spring clips. The Cowl Cover is easy enough to install and you can even put it on the car when you are washing it.
What you do is lay it in place over the Cowl, line up the ends, grab a quarter, push down, and turn them into place. The Cowl Cover is going to fit tightly over your Cowl keeping moisture out. It's an inexpensive option to avoid costly future repairs.
