Scott Drake Export Brace Black 1965-1970 is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very hard to install but a quailty product. It is a quality part however it took about 2 hours and 20 minutes to install. I have a very clean and straight 1969 Fastback and this was a bear to fit. I had to grind down the back and get the help of a friend to tug with all of his might to fit it. I can't imagine that they couldn't have designed this with some kind of leeway for the bolts. I gave it 4 starts because it is a quality part but I'm having a hard time believing that my mustang was THAT far off from factory measurements.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Feels stiffer, battle to get in I thought this would be an easy install. I was wrong. Tower mounts move in 50 years. It was a fight to the end. Tips for installation: Jack up the front end to help loosen the shock towers. Install the tower connections first- I used 2 wood working clamps to bring the connections in. Then use longer bolts at the firewall to help push the bolt holes out- then place the correct bolts in adjacent holes. I hope I do not have to remove this again,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes a huge difference! Just bought and installed this export brace on my 65 coupe and was thrilled with the way the car drives and handles. The car is much more stable on the highway and gives me more confidence in driving at highway speeds. One of the best and most affordable upgrades I've made to the car.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice heavy duty brace. Better than OEM This is an absolute must for your Mustang or in my case, Cougar. I had to jack the car up in selective places to get the tired frame/body to go back to original specs and bolt this in. Went in pretty easy and now I know how much the car was flexing without it. Highly recommend this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feels Much Stiffer Now I got this to replace the 6 cylinder brace. Side by side this new brace is far superior. Noticable difference right away. This brace from Scott Drake fit perfectly. I also paired it with the straight Monte Carlo Bar from Scott Drake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fit and Finish This is much heavier than the original "braces" that Ford used on the Mustangs. The average guy won't be able to bend this brace in his hands. Definitely the best bang for the buck if you are working on an old mustang.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Export Brace looks great. High Quality. The export brace looks great. Very High Quality. If your shock towers have settled much, the brace can be a bear to install. Not the fault of the brace.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality and fitment. I bough the export brace for my 68 coupe. It fit great and made a huge difference that I could feel in the front end.

Unsure. Unless the Torino is noted in the product description, we haven't tested these parts on anything except the fitments listed, so we can't say either way.
