Product Questions

Stationed in Germany w/my 66’ conv. automatic so need to get this right the first time. No other parts will be needed to make this drum to disk conversion? Current Spindles are still OK? What about bearings? Brake Fade could be a thing of the past!

Asked by: Lost In Europe
New bearings and seals will be included. This SSBC A120-4 Front Brake Kit will Not work with the factory 14"x5" Wheels. Check the fittings on the metal brake lines, they could be frozen to the line which would require new metal lines.

I have installed this kit on my 1966 Mustang 6 cylinder. Does anyone make a ceramic brake pad that will fit this caliper?

Asked by: Procomp7
Possibly. I would contact SSBC directly and let them know what kit you have. They will then tell you what the brakes pads that are currently on your are off of. After that, you could cross-reference and most likely find a ceramic option for that vehicle.
