Are you looking to lift your 2007-2018 Jeep JK Wrangler, 2018-2023 Jeep JL Wrangler, or 2020-2023 Jeep Gladiator? If so you will need to lower the brake lines so they can properly work without any issues. This TeraFlex 1101255 Front Brake Line Anchor Kit will properly locate your front brake lines in a safe area, away from the front tires. This will eliminate unnecessary movement of the original brake hose and the ABS/Wheel Speed Sensor.

Kit Includes:
- Pair of Brake Line Anchors
- Set of UV Resistant Nylon Cable Tires
- Stainless Steel Grippers

The Brake Line Anchor is constructed out of high-quality stainless steel and durable rubber right here in the USA for quality assurance. The Stainless Steel tab can be bent and positioned for specific clearance and location. The molded rubber safely retains the brake line and also includes a recessed channel for the Wheel Speed Sensor Wire. This Bracket gets installed by utilizing the lower shock mount hardware.

When lifting your Jeep and putting on bigger tires, it's important to keep your brake lines safe so you don't have a failure. So today we're going to be installing this TeraFlex Brake Line Anchor Kit, fitting your 2007 to 2017 Jeep Wrangler.

The last thing you want when you're out on the trail is for the brakes to get damaged or fail. These brake line anchors simply bolt to the bottom of the strut to hold the brake line and ABS wire safe and secure.

They're going to make sure you have clearance from the tire and they come with everything you need for an easy install, so to we're going to throw them on our 2008 Jeep Wrangler.

Tools you'll need for this installation: 18 millimeter socket, half inch ratchet, 18 millimeter wrench and a set of cutters.

Installing these anchors is pretty simple. You don't need to remove the wheel. You can if you want, but we're going to be working right in here. These anchors are gonna mount right here on the bottom of the shock. All we have to do is remove this nut to secure it right here on the bolt.

Grab yourself an 18 millimeter wrench and a ratchet and remove the nut.

Place the anchor on the bolt, then reinstall the nut. Re-tighten the nut.

We previously disconnected our brake line bracket so if you haven't already done that, you can remove the 10 millimeter bolt on here and now we can connect the brake line and the ABS wire to our anchor.

Put the ABS wire in first, then the brake line and secure it with a zip tie. Then install the other two zip ties.

Okay, all we need to do now is trim the zip ties. If you had braided lines, which were longer, you could zip tie the line to the ABS wire more if you wanted, but for our purposes, this is good enough.

Here's a side-by-side comparison of our brake lines with and without the TeraFlex anchors. As you can see, the side without the TeraFlex anchor, the brake line is actually touching the tire, which, over time, can rupture, which is extremely dangerous. But our side with the TeraFlex anchor is nice and far away from the tire.

Okay, our TeraFlex Brake Line Anchors are installed. They're definitely going to keep our brake lines protected from our tires, which is a good thing. But it'll give us some peace of mind and they're super easy to install. You can do this just laying on the ground in about 15 minutes and before you know it, you'll be heading off road.
