Steeda Short Throw Shifter Tri-Ax Mustang Cobra 2003-2004

This Short Throw Shifter from Steeda provides the owner with two different locations for the Shifter Handle. This will allow the owner to have a more comfortable shift in their driving position. The internal offset-preload coil springs help guide the shifter into the hard to find third gear. Another great thing that Steeda does is install a set of shifter stops, this protects the internal components from getting damaged from over shifting.

This Steeda Tri-Ax Short Throw Shifter is constructed from a solid piece of 6061 T-6 billet aluminum that is CNC Machined. Since this Shifter is CNC machined no need to worry about broken welds, poor stampings or cracked castings. All the hardware included with this short throw shifter is grade 8 and stainless steel.

Since this shifter is constructed from CNC Machined aluminum there is less parts that could get damaged. The pivot ball and lever are constructed from billet steel which allows you to have harder, faster shifts. Steeda includes a Tri-Ax Shifter Handle that slants back provide a move comfortable shift for all. The Steeda Tri-Ax Short Throw Shifter accepts factory shift knobs, Steeda shift knobs, and many other aftermarket shift knobs with the factory thread pattern.
