What Orders Qualify for 3X Points?
Member purchases totaling between $300 - $1,000 before shipping qualify for 3X Points for Rewards Members from 5/22/26 - 5/25/26.
How do I redeem my rewards?
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click on "My Rewards".
3. Select the reward you would like to redeem and follow the prompts.
4. Copy and paste the code into the "Apply Promo Code" section in your shopping cart or during checkout.
Can I use my rewards coupon with other coupon codes?
You can use your rewards coupon on products that are already on sale, but you can't use it with other coupon codes at the same time. However, you have 12 months after you redeem your reward coupon to use it with other purchases that qualify.
Do CJ Rewards coupon codes apply to shipping or tax?
No, CJ Rewards coupon codes do not apply to shipping or taxes. They are only valid for product discounts, and the total savings are calculated before taxes and shipping are added.
Can I earn points on previous purchases?
No. Points are only awarded after you sign up for the CJ Rewards Program.
Can I earn CJ Rewards points for purchases made through third-party platforms?
No, CJ Rewards points can only be earned on purchases made directly on the CJ Pony Parts website. Purchases made through external retailers or third-party platforms do not qualify for rewards.
Can I use my CJ Rewards points to purchase items on third-party platforms?

Why can't I earn CJ Rewards points on purchases from third-party platforms?
CJ Rewards is only available for direct purchases on the CJ Pony Parts website, allowing us to manage the shopping experience and ensure accurate rewards tracking.
I returned my purchase that was made using a reward coupon. Will I get my points back?
When returning a purchase made on cjponyparts.com or at one of our showrooms, if you return your entire purchase, any points you redeemed for the Reward coupon will be credited back to your account.
However, for a partial return of a multi-item purchase, the reward coupon will still be considered used and any points redeemed will not be credited back to your account.
How do I receive my birthday bonus points?
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click on CJ Rewards.
3. Click on "Earn Points".
5. Click "Birthday Bonus" and enter your birthday.
How is my anniversary bonus determined?
Your anniversary bonus is based on the tier you’re in on the day of your CJ Rewards anniversary. If you have points that are still processing (pending) when your anniversary comes, they won’t count toward your tier yet. That means you might receive the bonus for your current tier, rather than the higher tier you’re close to reaching.
Why haven't I received points for my recent order?
Your order is currently under review, which is a standard procedure to ensure everything is processed correctly. You should see your points pending within 24 hours. If you still don't see your points after this period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
How long does it take to receive my CJ Rewards points?
Good news! We've updated the timeline so all rewards members receive their points only 30 days after purchase. This waiting period ensures that everything will be processed correctly, including returns and adjustments, while still allowing you to put your points into action in time for the next big sale.
When do tier upgrades take effect?
If your new points total qualifies for a tier upgrade, it will take effect after the 30-day period once your points are added.
When can I use my points?
Your can redeem your points 30 days after your order ships. Points will show a "Pending" status for the first 30 days after your order ships out, and then automatically change to "Approved" when they are available for use.
When do my points expire?
Most points expire 12 months after your most recent purchase ships, with the exception of the 500 points rewarded for Create Your Account. These welcome points expire in 30 days. You will receive email reminders before this occurs.
Can I be downgraded from one tier to another?
Your tier level is based on how much you spend from January 1 through December 31 each year. While your spending for tier qualification is measured on a calendar-year basis, once you reach Premium or RPM Club status, you keep that tier as long as you make at least one purchase every 12 months. If you don’t make any purchases for 12 months, you will lose your tier and points.
I see a MSRP price and sale price, which price do I earn points on?
Points are awarded for dollars spent, so you will earn points based on the final price in the cart.
