Product Description

Convertible Top Hydraulic Lift Cylinder for 1994-1998 Mustang Convertibles.

These cylinders wear out quite often as there is a lot of force applied when opening and closing the convertible top. OEM parts are often very expensive or no longer available. This is an affordable aftermarket replacement to get your convertible top working so you can enjoy the summer weather.

Sold individually. Fits either the driver or passenger side.

*Two required per car.

Convertible Top Hydraulic Lift Cylinder 1994-1998 Video Transcript
By Bill Tumas: We’re with a replacement convertible top hydraulic cylinder fitting your 1994 through 1998 Mustang convertible.

The hydraulic cylinders receive pressure from the motor to put your convertible top up and down. If not working properly, many times the cylinder is the problem. These direct replacement cylinders are going to install using the factory hardware, and fit the factory lines.

Your Mustang requires two hydraulic cylinders. We do recommend replacing the lines and cylinders at the same time.
