Headlight Kit One-Piece Projector Halo Black 1994-1998

Product Description

Black Projector Halo One-Piece Headlight Kit for 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1998 Mustangs.

Update your 1994-1998 Mustang's styling with a Black Projector Halo One-Piece Headlight Kit. One-piece headlights offer a great improvement over the factory two-piece headlights. The one-piece housing offers a seamless look with no difficult alignment needed.

Projector headlights provide a longer, wider and more concentrated beam of light when compared to factory headlights. The projector has an elliptical shape which is designed to direct all of the light to a single focal point in front of the light bulb.

Unlike the factory headlights, the projector headlights have separate high beam and low beam bulbs. Only the low beams have a halo ring around them. In addition to the halo rings, there are other lights that can be wired to come on with parking lights, key on, etc. Turn signals have amber reflectors to keep you legal. High beams, low beams and turn signals connect to your factory wiring connectors.

This style headlight has a black background with a clear lens. Although the lens isn't smoked, the headlights give off a nice dark look. The dark appearance is achieved while not reducing light output.

- One-piece design
- Clear lens

Are your headlights turning yellow due to years of abuse from the sun? This aftermarket style headlight kit will fix that problem. You can change the entire look of your Mustang with the many modern style headlights offered. Don't just return to stock. Update your Mustang's styling with something different.

Another thing to keep in mind is that with new headlights comes better night time visibility. Brand new clear lenses will allow more light to shine through and illuminate the road.

Improve style and safety with this Black Projector Halo One-Piece Headlight Kit for your 1994-1998 Mustang.

Headlight Kit One-Piece Projector Halo Black 1994-1998 is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from They don't fit without modification!! Purchased for a friend but for me to fit (mechanical engineer). ('98 Mustang GT) Out of the box they DO NOT fit. No installation instructions either which for a product of this value is really out of order. 1) Before doing anything, carefully rotate each of the plastic adjusters (on the long adjuster studs) to free them off. We used MS3 grease on the threads to help it all move. They are very stiff to get moving but with care they free off with no breakages. 2) Remove the 3 plastic adjuster (just freed off) so the units can be offered up without locking anything in place (once the adjusters latch in place they are v v difficult to remove) 3) On the rear of the indicator end is a rectangular plastic protrusion which hits the wing recess & prevents the unit going back far enough. This needs to be removed. It broke through on left side but not on the right unit - filled over with 2 part epoxy (Araldite, JB weld etc) 4) The low beam rubber cover hits the plastic shield on the car (where the original bulb holder goes through) so the hole needs opening up. Doesn't need a lot, maybe 45° & about 3/8" at the maximum. 5) The halo wiring grommets fall out of their holes in the casing (nearly lost one inside) so could do with a spot of silicon or similar to hold them in place. 6) To replace bulbs the whole unit has to be removed from the car, so I am making different adjusters to allow this - the plastic ones are too difficult to get out. 7) The original Indicator/side holder fits into the new unit, but the offset bayonets are not moulded in the correct orientation, so the wiring ends up rather strained - it ended up pointing to the outside of the vehicle!! 8) The final fit was disappointing. The units don't match the vehicle very well and tend to sit too high in the body recess. 9) Dipped beam light output looked very poor, I have yet to hear what they are like to drive with at night.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from no instructions Seriously no instructions. Not even one to download. Thank god I can understand basic wiring or this would have been hard. The fit is not exactly great but tolerable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Look great, lousy fit Don't expect a drop-in replacement on the 94 GT. I needed to cut out the back of the mount to fit. Also, the wrap around angle does not match the fender radius. Requires some serious force to lock in the adjustment clips. (One broke while aiming) I'd avoid even trying them If I wasn't good at fixing such things.

Can you use this head light kit with the Oracle LED head light conversion kit?

Asked by: samantha
No. These headlight assemblies come with a different headlight bulb configuration then the original headlights. Instead of the original single bulb that does hi and low beam, you will now have a separate hi beam and a separate low beam.
