1967 Motor Mounts
Your 1967 Mustang's engine creates a lot of motion, but you want the engine itself to stay stable. Motor mounts keep your engine secure and dampen the vibrations for a smoother ride.
Motor Mounts Are Small but Important
No one wants their engine to go on tilt. A tilted or misaligned engine can easily become damaged or fail. And because the parts of your Mustang are connected, it's likely that an engine shifting will cause other parts to break. So, make sure to check your motor mounts frequently, especially if you notice excessive vibration. If you see signs of damage, then go ahead and replace them.
You'll also need to replace your motor mounts if you decide to perform an engine swap. Fortunately, there are great motor mount options for big blocks and even for modern engines like the Coyote.
