1970 Mustang Carburetors
Ready to improve your pony car’s performance? By rebuilding your carburetor or replacing it with a high-powered replacement, you can upgrade your 1970 Mustang.
If you've noticed a decrease in power coming from your Mustang, then it may be due to the carburetor. A well-functioning carburetor mixes the right amount of fuel and air to create power in your engine. A damaged carburetor can have you running light or running rich, neither of which is good for performance.
Rebuild kits include all of the parts you'll need to bring your carburetor back to its former glory. Or you could replace your carburetor entirely in favor of a more modern unit. A better high-flowing carburetor can work in conjunction with your engine to improve performance.
Once you've fixed or replaced your carburetor, you may want to replace your air filter and fuel filter as well. By keeping the air and fuel coming into your carb clean, you'll be able to keep it functioning well longer.
