Restomod Drivetrain

Upgrading your Bronco’s engine is great, but you can’t enjoy that extra power without an equally great drivetrain. Since the Bronco's release, advancements have been made to differentials, transmissions, flywheels, and all the other parts that make your drivetrain function.

Most of the first-gen Broncos used a manual transmission. If you want an older Bronco but prefer an automatic transmission, then you may want a conversion kit. TCI makes complete automatic transmission conversion kits for this swap.

If you plan to take your Bronco off-roading, a differential cover is a great investment. A differential cover creates a sealed area that protects the gears from dirt and water. Currie and Trans Dapt make a wide variety of differential covers for vintage Broncos.

Upgrade your Bronco’s drivetrain piece by piece or all at once. No matter how you choose to approach this project, you’ll be happy with each upgrade.
