Product Description

Ford Performance Billet Steel Flywheel for 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 Mustangs with a 4.6L Engine and an 8-Bolt Crankshaft.

This Ford Performance Billet Steel Flywheel has increased RPM capability over a stock Cobra flywheel and meets SFI 1.1. The diaphragm clutch uses metric bolts and dowel pins. This fits both 10.5" and 11" clutches.

4.6L engines may have 6 or 8 bolts to attach to the crankshaft, and 2V engines may have 6 or 8 bolts. All Cobra engines have 8 bolts.

I have this flywheel and it doesn't seem to line up with the dowels on my clutch... It's a ram hdx. Model 88951.  Hopefully you can shed some light on my problem.   thanks

It's very hard to say without knowing more about your car, but it could be the crankshaft bolts (this flywheel only works with 8-bolt crankshafts, not 6-bolt, which are common on some 2V 4.6L engines in GTs).
