Mounted to the top of the shock tower in the engine bay, the shock tower top is the upper mounting point for your front shocks. Featuring a durable and attractive chrome plated finish, these shock tower tops are sold as a pair.

No information stating that original shock bolts will not work
Chrome plating is consistant without any blemishes. Can not use original bolts to mount shock absorber but must use metric bolt, M8. Found out the hard way when I snapped off a bolt in one of the capture nuts to bolt the shock. Was able to drill out the bolt and rethread the nut but the metric bolt is rather loose in the nut but I think it will hold the shock in place and you have another bolt on the shock tower top to hold the shock in place.
Beware! you must use CJ's SS bolts
Stock bolts will not work they will stip and break. CJ's were awesome in customer service. Thanks again will do business in the near future.

great part looks sharp , i bought the ss bolts for shock installation no problem here CJ does it again another good job perfect
