aFe has manufactured this exhaust using mandrel bent stainless steel tubing. To maximize the air flow of the exhaust, it begins from the catalytic converter with a 3” section of tubing which connects to a high-flow muffler that has been designed to absorb the high pitch tones and create a deeper sounding exhaust. Two 2-/12” pipes extend from the high-flow muffler ending in dual 3-1/2” black exhaust tips exiting out the side of the F-150 with laser etched aFe logos. This exhaust system has been tested and shown to increase power output by up to +9 horsepower and +17 lbs.x ft torque.

By reusing the factory mounting locations, installation of this exhaust system is a snap. Bayonet style exhaust hangers are used to keep the exhaust secure and in place while driving. High quality OE-style flanges and clamps are used to reduce the chance of having exhaust leaks. All necessary hardware is provided with this cat-back exhaust, and needs no additional modifications for installation, making the aFe Rebel Cat-Back Exhaust System a true bolt on system.
